A Minimal Restaurant

Renderings for the restaurant “Salacia” in Thessaloniki Greece. Salacia is a small high-end restaurant specializing on seafood, which will launch in 2024. The concept revolved around the purity of the ingredients and thus the space was designed to reflect the minimal character of the dishes with emphasis on taste. Salacia will be operating only during daytime, offering the possibility to accommodate business lunches. Taking into consideration this business aspect, the colors and the furniture were carefully chosen so as to offer a relaxing space where one can enjoy his food and entertain his guests in a calm atmosphere.
